Cathay Complex now features IBMS from Eutech Cybernetics

Eutech Cybernetics, in collaboration with Siemens Building Technologies, has developed and delivered another intelligent building-management system for the new Cathay Complex in Singapore.

The Cathay Complex is a state of the art multi-Cineplex retail and commercial centre in the heart of Singapore.

The iViva.works platform enables the integrated management of multiple subsystems across an organization. For the Cathay complex, iViva.works allowed the inclusion of the Siemens Apogee Building Management System, and also allowed for enterprise-specific applications such as visitor management.

By allowing this seamless integration, iViva.works can improve not only process management for any organisation, but also greatly enhance its visibility.

There are many similarities between the Cathay group and Eutech cybernetics. The Cathay group is the first Singaporean exhibitor to expand beyond South-east Asia, similarly, Eutech cybernetics shares this same pioneering spirit as its fellow Singaporean associate and hope to continue their association in future endeavors.
