Eutech Launches IBMS for Megabox complex in Hongkong

November 20th, 2007

The Megabox complex, which is the latest mixed-development complex from one of Asia's leading property developers, Kerry properties, now features a complete 'intelligent solutions' integrated management system, courtesy of Eutech Cybernetics.

Located in Kow Loon bay, Hong Kong, Megabox incorporates an office complex, numerous restaurants, cinemas, and even recreational facilities such as an ice-skating rink, all in addition to its' main feature: a 500,000 sq ft retail mall.

The focus of any 'intelligent solution' is to improve operations and maintenance by standardizing and automating processes. This is essential for developments such as Megabox, which utilizes the iViva.works management platform in order to allow integration across multiple subsystems (including a Johnson Control Building Automation System).

At Eutech Cybernetics, we always try to incorporate values and principles into our intelligent systems, which is why they are designed to not only greatly enhance operations, but also enable energy-efficient operations. Thereby simultaneously increasing efficiency and production, whilst also decreasing an organization's environmental impact
