Eutech Cybernetics, the Singapore-based enterprise infrastructure management software solutions specialists, have been chosen to deliver the enterprise-wide web-based Facility Management Systems (FMS) for the newly developed VivoCity mall in Singapore.
VivoCity is developed by Mapletree, a leading real estate company in Singapore with an Asian focus. Mapletree is the master planner and developer of the 24-hectare HarbourFront precinct, a dynamic, integrated waterfront business, entertainment and lifestyle hub.
VivoCity will evoke a lifestyle experience that is vibrant, stimulating and accessible to everyone; a place bubbling with energy and flowing with vitality. To be opened in October 2006, VivoCity will be the centerpiece of the entire HarbourFront Precinct.
With more than 1
million sq ft of lettable space, VivoCity will be the largest multi-experiential
retail and lifestyle destination in Singapore.
In order to manage the diverse mix of facilities of up to 300 retail, food and beverage and entertainment outlets, including the largest multiplex with 15 screens and 2,173 seats by multiplex giant, Golden Village as well as a new concept hypermarket by retail leader, Dairy Farm, Eutech will be deploying its iViva.Works™ FacilityOffice.Com web-based Facility Management System.
The solution is designed to enhance the experience of the different type of users and allow seamless access to different areas of the management system based on their role, requirements and levels of authority.
Within each of the user category, are various applications, solutions and systems that are to be integrated into a seamless whole. Each of the different types of users shall be able to access and use various applications as per the access rights attributed to each user role.
The system will significantly contribute in enabling VivoCity to become Singapore's ultimate lifestyle destination.
