SENTRE Partners Chooses Eutech Cybernetics to Deliver State-Of-The-Art IBMS Solution for San Diego Headquarter Building

SENTRE Partners formally awarded the Intelligent Building Management System (IBMS) project for their headquarter building at One America Plaza, San Diego to Eutech Cybernetics.
Founded in 1989, SENTRE Partners is a real estate investment and services firm focused on providing exceptional value to all the projects that they're involved in. Over the years, SENTRE Partners has owned and operated some of the largest office projects in San Diego, including One America Plaza, The Koll Center, and the NBC Building.
One key focus of SENTRE Partners, is the strategic use of technology to enhance the value of a property. SENTRE Partners has been very passionate about providing state-of-the-art facilities, along with world-class tenant services to all SENTRE Partners' properties with the conviction that in order for their tenants to be competitive in the 21st century, they need a building that can support their digital needs.
A few of the initiatives SENTRE Partners has undertaken to enhance their properties include:
- installation of a comprehensive Broadband Backbone, including a wireless infrastructure that provides free wireless Internet to all tenants and guests

In line with this vision, SENTRE Partners invited Eutech Cybernetics to design and implement an Intelligent Building Management System (IBMS) for One America Plaza, San Diego where they are headquartered at. The proposed IBMS for SENTRE Partners comprises of two major parts:
o Building Management Facilities
o Tenant Management Facilities
The solution is designed to enhance the experience of the different users and allow seamless access to different areas of the management system based on their role, requirements and levels of authority.
Within each of the user category, are various applications, solutions and systems that are to be integrated into a seamless whole. Each of the different types of users shall be able to access and use various applications as per the access rights attributed to each user role.
The system is planned to be operationalized in April 2006.
