Eutech Cybernetics and LG CNS are combining forces to exploit rapidly emerging opportunities in the Middle East and the Asia Pacific in the field of Intelligent Buildings. The partnership will bring together LG CNS’s leading products and solutions in the field of home automation, entertainment and consumer electronics together with Eutech’s proven iViva.works™ solution for integrated Intelligent Building management.

Eutech’s iViva.works™ software in the Central Command Center manages and supports home automation systems by keeping track of the operational status of the home network via the Home Gateway. iViva.works™ automatically notifies the service provider, which could be communicated via wireless PDA/ mobile phones to field service technicians when it detects a problem with the system. A diagnostic capability will enable remote troubleshooting so that corrective measures can be identified and deployed with minimum time and cost.

The Home Gateway also provides a Web Pad (optionally wireless) which serves as a home communication center for a variety of functions such as video surveillance, video intercom, home automation control panel (via touch screen) Internet surfing, resource booking, and access to the help desk in the Central Command Center.
