Malaysian ISO Accredited Private Hospital Chooses Eutech’s Copernicus Hospital Information Systems Suite to Streamline Operations.

Eutech Cybernetics today announced that they had successfully implemented their Copernicus Hospital Information Systems (HIS) Suite at the Sunway Medical Centre (SunMed), Bandar Sunway, Selangor Darul Ehsan.

At SunMed, Copernicus handles billing, claims processing and clinical functionalities inclusive of appointments registration, bed-board management, consolidated billing, materials management and pharmacy. It also interfaces to SunMed’s CODA financial application and the EGIS LIS.

Dr. Chong Su-Lin, the Chief Executive Officer of SunMed said that the HIS application was well received and adopted by their managers. "The project was smoothly implemented within agreed timelines and specifications. The users view the system as a great tool and enables them to perform their duties and tasks more efficiently," said Dr. Chong.
