Colliers International chose to deploy FacilityOffice.com throughout its regional portfolio based on the successful implementation of trial sites in the Natomas West Corporate Center buildings. Roger Bilstad, Managing Director of Colliers International in Sacramento, says that tenant satisfaction and building maintenance operations have been streamlined greatly since the deployment of the solution in those buildings. "The tenants, building management staff and the contractors have all actively embraced the system and it has become an integral part of operations in those facilities. The overwhelmingly positive and encouraging responses received so far only made the decision to expand the roll-out that much easier," said Roger.

Colliers International will be using FacilityOffice.com for handling service requests and electronically connecting all their tenants, facility managers, building engineers, contractors and their vendor network through both web-based and wireless technology, resulting in a fully automated and cost-effective service delivery mechanism with enhanced coordination and communication in handling any building and maintenance related activity. Eutech’s solution features a workflow management application, which provides the electronic processing of service requests, work orders, preventative maintenance, authorization, billing, accounting and tracking. This allows a building manager to identify among other things where and when the service event originated, as well as who received the request, tasked it, and whether or not it is completed. The system also captures all data for customized information processing and reporting into an extensive database of which performance metrics and historical trending activities can be both interpolated and extrapolated.
