Strategic Alliance Sees Australian Industrial Software Taken to the World

Sydney, Australia, Monday, April 14, 2003

A strategic alliance between US enterprise –class software supplier, Eutech Cybernetics and Australian industrial IT integrator, Itech Corporation, is expected to offer Australian business increased efficiencies through improved Automated Enterprise Asset Management. At the same time, Itech’s locally developed real time plant monitoring tool, i-view, will be embedded in all new Eutech software solutions implemented around the world.

According to Nick Fondas, managing director of Itech, this alliance will allow his company to continue its growth in real time applications in Australia, primarily through the implementation of Eutech’s iViva.works™ EAM solution.

"Business asset management is a key driver of greater efficiencies within enterprises in Australia. The ability to automate the maintenance, repair and operation of an organization’s assets, including the management of human resources, is becoming critical for bottom line performance" said Mr. Fondas. "Our alliance with Eutech supplies us with a level of tools not seen in Australia to date."

Dr. Hari Gunasingham, CEO of Eutech Cybernetics claims that Itech’s i-view product will enhance their existing software capabilities, adding performance monitoring and analysis to the company’s iViva.works™ suite of products.
